"After working at different restaurants with a variety of cuisines, I decided to bring the nostalgic flavors from my childhood in the Middle East to the Bay Area. In 2001, I took a leap of faith and turned my restaurant dreams into reality by opening Dishdash Mediterranean Cuisine. After 11 years of satisfying The Valley's craving for high quality Middle Eastern cuisine in a fine dining setting, there was still something missing: fresh and fast Middle Eastern food. Dish n Dash was born! With our authentically original homemade recipes, fresh ingredients and sustainably healthy practices, we hope you keep coming back for more!
